The words: 'API Version (DO NOT USE)' are used to locate specific documents in PandaDoc. For a document to appear here, it must contain 'API Version (DO NOT USE)' in the template name.

Ensure your Pandadoc file names include this string to allow the tool to identify and process them correctly.

Note: The file name will not include the template string (API Version (DO NOT USE)) when it is generated and sent.

All API documents are expected and required to have a "Sales Rep" and a "Client" role, at a minimum. The Sales Rep must be the first signer and the Client must be the second signer, no exceptions.

Unlimited additional signers and CC recipients can be configured with the template and will be loaded automatically.
